Teamwork, Strategy, and a Taste of Italy: Our Toronto Team Workshop Recap

Last week, our Canadian and American team members came together in Toronto for a full-day, in-person workshop, something we don’t get to do often enough. Bringing everyone under one roof created the perfect opportunity for open discussion, meaningful collaboration, and a refreshed look at how we operate across the organization.

Throughout the day, our teams from Technical, Delivery, HR, and Sales dove into conversations about how we can continue improving our processes, strengthening cross-team alignment, and enhancing how we support our clients. The workshop sparked new ideas, brought clarity to ongoing initiatives, and helped reinforce the shared goals that drive our work forward.

And of course, no Toronto meetup would be complete without a team dinner at our go-to spot, Cibo Wine Bar. Over plates of incredible Italian food, we wrapped up the day with laughs, great conversations, and a chance to connect beyond the conference room.
