Beyond Cloud Consulting Inc. (“Beyond Cloud”, “we”, “us”) is an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through beyondcloudconsulting.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We take privacy seriously and collect only what we need to run our business and respond to you.
Information you provide to us. When you submit a form on the Site (for example our contact form or a demo request), we collect the details you enter: typically your name, company email address, phone number, company name, and your message. If you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect the information you include in your application. If you email or call us directly, we keep the correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies:
Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages visited and time on page. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as “_ga”) and processes usage data on our behalf. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms are protected by reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Embedded videos. Some pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube may set cookies and collect viewing data when you play a video. Videos load in a privacy-conscious deferred mode until you interact with them.
Cloudflare. The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses and connection data to provide security and performance services.
How we use personal information. We use the information above to respond to your inquiries and demo requests, provide and improve our services, operate and secure the Site, understand how the Site is used, evaluate job applications, and, where you have consented or we are otherwise permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), send you relevant communications. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as Google (analytics, reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), our website hosting provider, and our business systems (for example our CRM), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International transfers. Some of our service providers store or process data in the United States or other countries. Where personal information leaves Canada, it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, and we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
Retention. We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and we retain records as required for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, including PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and ask us what personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and hardened infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
