These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of beyondcloudconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by Beyond Cloud Consulting Inc. (“Beyond Cloud”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purposes only. Content on the Site, including articles, guides, calculators, and cost estimates, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not constitute an offer or quote. Estimates such as those produced by our implementation cost calculator are illustrative only; actual project scope and pricing are established through a formal engagement.

Services are governed by separate agreements. Any services we provide are governed by a signed agreement between you and Beyond Cloud, such as our Master Services Agreement and the applicable statement of work. Nothing on the Site modifies those agreements.

Intellectual property. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and page designs, are owned by Beyond Cloud or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Oracle, NetSuite, and related marks are trademarks of Oracle Corporation. Other product names, client names, and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without authorization, scraping at volumes that degrade the Site, submitting forms with false or misleading information, or introducing malicious code.

Third-party links and embeds. The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including partner websites and YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information.

Changes. We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute relating to the Site.
